Everything was coordinated to perfection.  We had the best of times and all of our guests loved the party.  I really appreciate what you did and definitely as soon as I am back from the Honeymoon, I will pass by with Carmen and at least have a coffee together.  You can count on us anytime, anywhere.

I am with Simeon at Kruger Park in South Africa.  I just saw Hippos walk by in front of our Lodge. It's a magical experience, just like our wedding.

Hey Jamie,

Sorry for just now getting back to you - we stayed in Cape Cod for two weeks and kind-of detached from the whole email/phone thing (everyone needs a vacation now and then, right?) :) 

First, I want to thank you for all of your help in putting together a vegetarian menu, etc. for the wedding.  Ben and I have decided to have our wedding in Cape Cod and, while we were there, we finalized ALL of our planning (everything from photos to catering to florists, etc.). It was a relief to get it all done and, although the National is gorgeous and would have been the choice if the wedding were in Miami, all of the pieces seemed to seamlessly fall together in Cape Cod.  Again, I really appreciate your follow-up and follow-through on everything that you promised to get to us.  We gave you a huge shout-out on our wedding blog (included the hotel web address, etc.) - so your work wasn't all in vain :)

Again, thanks for everything and if anyone is planning a wedding in Miami and needs help, I'll be sure to recommend the National.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing everything was on Saturday!  You and your attentive staff treated us like royalty.  There is nothing you could have done to make the night any better.  All of the guests were more than pleased with the food, service, and venue.  I really want to thank you for making our wedding experience so wonderful and memorable.  You were so great to work with.  You made it so easy to have a good time and enjoy the night.  I had zero worries.  I can't say it enough, but we had a blast!  And YES, I want to do it again this weekend!  Dan and I are already planning a day to come back and visit.

Hi Jamie,

Unfortunately, I'm back in the cold Geneva now while Ana Maria is still in Miami finalizing some things before joining me.

I wanted to thank you and Felix very much for the whole experience. Everything came out great! The ceremony was a sort of attraction for all tourists on the beach, which by the way were extremely respectful of the function. Also the buffet-party in the pool area was awesome. There was almost no one by that time of the day, and it looked like we reserved the whole garden! The food was just amazing and the buffet was so full, really the perfect amount of food.

We definitely will never forget that day, thanks primarily to your organization and attentiveness.

We were fortunate to plan our destination wedding at The National in Miami and words simply cannot describe how perfect this experience was for us and our guests. From the minute we checked in, we were treated exceptionally. The staff tended to our every need and were gracious, courteous and professional. The rooms were incredibly comfortable (we were upgraded to a suite) and were very clean. The housekeepers were very kind as well.

The ceremony on the beach and reception at Zee Pool Bar were absolutely perfect! I would recommend the services of Jamie, the Catering Manager, to anyone! All the guests raved about the food, beach and the accommodations. Had we known how perfect this hotel and experience was going to be, we would have happily stayed there for our honeymoon rather than taking off for the Dominican!

Hi Jamie/Yaser:

This note is overdue...but as you know we just came back from our honeymoon.

I want to say thanks to both of you for helping to make our wedding this wonderful, classy and memorable event.  I thought everything came together beautifully and the National is such a beautiful hotel, I never had any doubts that the setting would be everything that I hoped.  I've travelled all over the world and you certainly develop a taste level based on your experiences.  Sometimes a person's taste and fiscal ability are not in sync especially when it comes to planning one of the biggest events of their lives.  I love that Yaser made me feel incredibly comfortable that we would be taken care of and we were. I walked away from that first meeting knowing that this would be the only place that we could get married.

Our guest have not stopped raving over our  wedding from the hotel to the pool side setting for the reception, the beach ceremony, the rain :), the sparklers, the gobo, the food, the DJ and steel drummer. It was the first time in my life that I danced in the rain, and I'm glad that it happened at our wedding. It was the first of many firsts to come.

Jamie, you were incredible throughout, very thorough, very professional and you reminded me of things that I said that I wanted in passing long after I had forgotten about it. When we finally met the day before, I had the same feeling that I did when I met with Yaser, that everything would be perfect.

I also wanted to mention Andi Campbell, Chief Concierge, who I met late into the planning process and she was a great resource in referring a hairdresser and in recommending the location of our rehearsal dinner and after dinner activities.  As a fellow Jamaican, I found her to be incredibly warm and generous with her knowledge. Finally, to Scott for putting us into a great suite in which to get dressed and spend our honeymoon night.

Thanks to all of you. You were a big part of a momentous occasion, and therefore you will remain a part of our lifetime memories.
